The new proposal of Álvaro Salazar is cuisine in constant evolution

VORO, the restaurant at Park Hyatt Mallorca, will open its doors to the public next Friday, March 8, with a bold, exciting, sweet and intense gastronomic proposal designed by chef Álvaro Salazar.

Two tasting menus that will evolve constantly and a wine list with 200 national and international references will be the basis of this new project that arises thanks to the collaboration between the Michelin-starred chef and the luxury resort located in Eastern coast of the island.

The Voro menu consists of 10 courses and is divided into three parts: albor, zénit and ocaso. Its price will be €95 per person.

The second option, Devoro, will offer 15 courses and will allow the guest to delve a little deeper into the free-spirited cuisine of Álvaro Salazar. The price will be €130 per person.

According to the chef, "menus will evolve constantly and each of the dishes will have a message and a predetermined structure. We only work with seasonal products, especially from the Balearic Islands, so the market and the seasonality will mark their composition ".The guest can accompany the meal with one of the wines or champagnes included in the extensive menu or choose the pairing option under the expert advice of the restaurant director, Mario Wolgast.According to the Andalusian chef, "the most important is that the client feels at home. Whenever possible, I will have direct contact with them. We work in an open kitchen so guests can see us cooking live. "

Both menus can be customized depending on the frequency with which the customer comes to the restaurant and their personal requests. "We are committed to individually customizing the menus to all customers who have already tried our menu, with the idea that each time they visit us they enjoy a different experience," says Salazar, "although they can always ask for their favorites if they want to repeat."

The team led by Álvaro Salazar, thinking of the diversity of tastes and customers, will present also a vegetarian menu consisting of between 6 and 8 delicious recipes.

VORO restaurant, located in the central square of Park Hyatt Mallorca, will open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm and will be for adults only.
