Cap Vermell Group, represented by its CEO, Antonio Mir, and Fundación Deixalles, through its President, José Falcó, have today signed a collaboration agreement whereby both organisations undertake to work hand-in-hand to develop polices and specific measures that promote the incorporation of persons at risk of social exclusion into the labour market.
The signing of this agreement, which will have an unlimited duration, took place at the facilities of the Park Hyatt Mallorca hotel resort, property of Cap Vermell Group.
Antonio Mir, Chief Executive of the Cap Vermell Group, stressed the importance that initiatives of this type have, “aimed at improving the quality of life of many people in our community at risk of social exclusion” and assured that Cap Vermell Group is always open to collaborating on initiatives associated with improving opportunities and with solidarity.
With the signing of this agreement, those in charge of human resources at Cap Vermell Group companies will be able to turn to Fundación Deixalles’ employment guidance office to identify possible candidates that match vacancies in any of them with specific professional profiles.
The business group, with head office in Canyamel, is required to give notification of any possible incidents, to facilitate the monitoring of the incorporation into the labour market, to provide a space to carry out unpaid work placements to Fundación Deixalles users, and to actively participate in the assessment process of the experience.
For its part, the not-for-profit organisation will provide all the support necessary during the incorporation into the labour market process of the candidates and also in the implementation of the unpaid work placements in the different companies of the group.
The document also provides for the donation, by Cap Vermell Group and all its affiliate companies, of disused furniture, computer equipment, clothes and accessories that will be distributed by the different Fundación Deixalles delegations, following the parameters of use set out in the organisation’s founding principles.Mallorca
