There are five leading restaurants at the Cap Vermell destination: Hedonist Club, Balearic, Tapas Bar, Asia and VORO. Each has its own identity and serves very different dishes, but all seek to delight and surprise the palate. Local, Spanish and international creative and quality cuisine that embraces all imaginable tastes.

You can savour typically Majorcan or Mediterranean cuisine, bistro fare, Spanish tapas, recipes from Southeast Asia, fitness dishes and the delights of Japanese gastronomy.

 

Hedonist Club: Daily set menus, fitness and vegan dishes and a varied smoothie menu designed to boost your energy both before and after physical exercise. Hedonist Club, located inside Cap Vermell Country Club, is mindful that it offers a menu with healthy options that tempt with the Mediterranean diet and the use of fresh, seasonal produce. 

 

In addition to these two dining experiences, there are also further options at the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel resort, a hotel perfect for relaxing, winding down and enjoying the best of Spanish, Mediterranean and Asian gastronomy.

 

Balearic: Mediterranean cuisine with a nod to local gastronomy. All the dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, recently collected from neighbouring farms and fishing ports.

 

Asia: A menu specialising in delicious dishes using tradicional recipes from Southeast Asia. Decorated in an exquisite and welcoming style, the restaurant has a beautiful gardened terrace with a chill-out zone where you can enjoy stunning views of the valley and the Mediterranean.

 

Tapas: Cosy, comfortable and intimate. The culinary offering here has a Spanish touch. From the tapas of everyday to the reinterpretation of others, with surprising flavours and textures, always accompanied by the best local and Spanish wines. Who can resist the more than 20 types of cheese and delicious hams aged for up to 50 months hanging in display cases.

 

Voro: According to Álvaro Salazar, who was awarded a Michelin star for the third consecutive year, VORO is a journey, and attitude, a universe that transcends borders and horizons yet never stops looking towards the Meditteranean. VORO is naturalness, provocation and sophistication. Free-spirited cuisine without any ties. A savoury and irreprochable culinary experience that never forgets origins or geographies whic, as well expressed by the etymology, invites guests to voraciously devour and consume their succulent, menus (Voro and Devoro).
